Human Skill Development through Horsemanship A form of personalized coaching that is ideal for professional or personal development.  Participants are challenged to hone their skills by working through activities with equines.  Equines offer non-judgmental feedback through their responses to the participant’s request for action.  Angie will observe and be there for guidance but not until the participant has exhausted their supply of solutions.  If asked for guidance Angie will make suggestions for success by asking the participant to make a change of some kind.  This change will be aimed at direct success with the equine and will provide a topic for discussion after the activity so that the participant can draw parallels to human challenges.  For example, a participant struggling with getting a horse to move forward may be asked to put more energy into their request, be that in physical form or in mental energy.  When success takes place after a change is made we can ask where else in their life the participant struggles and how that might change if they were to apply the same change in energy to that situation. Before work with the equines the participant will determine what skills they wish to improve (leadership, communication, relationship, problem solving, etc.).  Then equine sessions can begin.  Session packages of 3, 6 or 10 are available.
